Labor Market Information (LMI) includes – trend and current data on occupations, labor markets, and the economy. LMI is crucial for the planning and delivery of workforce development. In addition to trend and current data, LMI provides long (10 year) and short (2 year) industry and occupational projections for the state of Arizona and sub-geographies. For customizable report, use the labor market tools or select the data analysis tab at the top right side of the page.
Arizona has joined the U.S. Census Bureau's innovative Local Employment Dynamics (LED) effort. LED provides detailed workforce indicators never before available at the metro and county levels, measures such as new hires, separations, and job churning by worker age, gender, and industry. The Quarterly Workforce Indicators and Industry Focus tools can be accessed from the Labor Market Tools section of this page. |
